The rigorous boot camps and training workouts she was doing created wear and tear on her body. She was introduced to pilates almost 10 years ago and quickly changed from student to instructor. She has taught thousands of hours over the last 8 years. Aspire Physical Therapy helped her reach her dream of opening her own studio, focusing on private and semi private instruction. Her hands on style is productive for students of any level to safely and effectively reach their individual goal's.
